Dear Readers,

Did any of you ever stop to think one seventh of your life is spent on Mondays? Thats a lot of time isn't it? Especially if you suffer from 'Monday blues'. What I learnt though is that if you are the type of person to suffer from 'Monday blues' - it isnt so much Monday that destroys your mood - it is what you have to do on Monday - and chances are whatever it is you do on Monday you do from Monday all the way through to Friday anyway! Which by the way equates to a stonking 5/7 of your life!

Chasing the dime will never make you happy - pick something to do from your Mondays to Fridays that will make you happy - if you are lucky enough to be someone who enjoy their profession and makes a lot of money from it - count your lucky stars because believe you me - there arent many people out there like you.

For even most retired people havent the financial freedom to even enjoy their retirement! Or at least thats what they think - remember - money cant buy happiness - therefore why drive yourself bezerk giving yourself Monday blues one seventh of your life - and 4/7 doing the same thing you do on Mondays anyway????

Be inspired - every day is a fresh chance to reinvent yourself - every single day! Sound too idealistic? Sound too good to be true? Fine dont believe it - it will only be your downfall for disregarding this fact.

Why dont you try making a list of 5 things you want to achieve when you wake up tomorrow and before sleeping - see how many you can have achieved.... repeat the procedure every day... if it becomes a dailly challenge and you win more than you lose - eventually the list can start containing more difficult stuff - and you can reinivent and grow your spirit even further - doesnt the thought just fill you with adrenalin and the will to live? Me neither - but it should - come on readers!!! We can do this together.

My new motto is that i am going to tell myself i am not a man of thought - i am a man of action - and hopefully i will spend less time on here tellin us all what we should be thinkin - and more time doing what these pages are trying to inspire in others!!

Who is with me? Dont all post at once - aah who am i kidding? Not really much danger of that is there?

I'll be back.
